Shipping Australia-wide:
We offer free shipping Australia-wide.
Shipping Worldwide:
Our international shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery of your board from our shapers workshop in Australia to Mascot (Sydney Airport) and onwards. All international shipping charges include:
Export documentation and clearance
Airfreight charges,
Airline fuel, security, documentation and handling charges
Airport charges at destination
Customs clearance at destination
Shipping charges do not include destination duties and taxes.
Shipping for multiple boards:
We can offer a discounted rate for multiple boards being shipped together. Please contact us to arrange a specific quote.
GST:
GST is included where applicable.
Shipping Details
Delivery times:
As each board is hand-crafted, delivery times are 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Surfboard packaging:
We securely package our boards in tough board-boxes to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
Our shortboard-boxes measure approximately 220 x 60 x 18 cm and weigh approximately 10.00 kgs when carrying a short board.
Longboard-boxes measure approximately 300 x 69 x 12 cm and weigh approximately 20.00 kgs.
Shipping insurance:
Insurance is not included in the price of shipping but can be arranged at a cost of AU$250.00 per shipment.
Damages:
If your product arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damages once you have signed for your shipment at its final destination.
RETURNS
Our policy:
If you need to return a surfboard please contact us. We don’t generally accept returns and unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping or delivery charges unless the goods are faulty.
Under the incredibly rare circumstance that your board arrives with a fault, we will arrange return delivery and ship a replacement to you for free.
